Chef Stuart Laws and Phoebe Pun, both with over 20 years experience in the hospitality and food industries work tirelessly to bring a fresh and abundant food offering for your event.
Food miles are important to us. All of our menus have a heavy focus on in-season, local produce. This ensures the shortest distance from paddock to plate.
It's important to us to see our Western Australian farmers getting a fair price for their produce - that's why we buy direct from the farmer where possible. This guarantees you the freshest produce for your event.
We can tailor an event or menu to your needs and budget. We will work closely with you and will do all that we can to ensure that your event is what you imagined it to be, without breaking the budget.
Whether it's a work lunch, or an informal gathering at home, we do it all.
Breakfast meetings, business lunches, family share-style meals and grazing platters or sit-down dinners are no problem.
We offer countless options to suit events of any size or taste. We work closely with you to gain an understanding of the event and

Black Label Berkshire pigs are bred in Beverley from stud-registered Berkshire pigs and fed grain produced in the surrounding Wheatbelt area. Black Label Berkshire pride themselves on being able to control and monitor all stages of production from ‘Paddock to Plate” which guarantees their customers a consistently delicious, premium pork product.
Mt Barker chickens are free to do whatever they like, wherever they please. Mt Barker chickens can roam far and wide foraging through grass, exploring chicken play gyms and shading themselves under wigwams on hot days. At night, Mt Barker birds return to their cosy computer monitored barns.

Celebrating 100 years of supplying Western Australian beef this year, Harvey Beef is proudly owned by a sixth generation WA farming family. Wagin Duck & Game are a small family run local business producing fresh, free range poultry. Wagin Duck & Game do everything from breeding to growing to processing and delivery they produce a consistently top quality product.

Glacier 51 Toothfish is certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). Glacier 51 Toothfish takes its name from the Fiftyone Glacier, which is one of the largest glaciers in the Australian Antarctic and can be found flowing southwards on the

Dandaragan Organic Beef are WA’s leading producer of certified organic beef.
This family-run business supplies top quality, grass fed and grass finished beef, they have been raising their cattle with respect and without the use of hormones, antibiotics and chemicals for two generations.
Shark Bay Cockles, owned by Jon Craike and fellow fisher Bob Holt are WA’s first cockle producers. Only harvesting for two to three days each week, the live cockles - Venus Clams and waved Venus Clams from the pristine waters of Shark Bay are simply magnificent, sweet and succulent.
Through the Gascoyne Food Council in Carnarvon, we work with many farmers in the Gascoyne region to bring Gascoyne fresh produce to Perth. Showcase Events WA manages the Gascoyne Food Festival in Carnarvon and assists with satellite events in the Gascoyne each year.
